Start with a vacant plot of land as your canvas. End with a city so optimized that the numbers explode! Purchase over 130+ unique properties, attract tenants with them, and collect rent from them to make . Stack ridiculous synergies using tools, food, drinks to obtain highly questionable wealth! New combos, new builds, new ways to accidentally invent late-stage capitalism all over again.
